Requirements for Opening a Company Email

Creating a new company email is actually very simple. Even if you are completely new to the process, you can get your company email up and running in no time. You can start by purchasing a domain name and choosing an email service provider. If your business already has a website, you probably have your own domain name. In this case, the best option is to use that domain name for your company email.

How to Login to Company Email?

1. Click on the “Customer Login” button at the top right of our website.

2. In the window that opens, select either “Customer Login” or “Webmail”.

3. If you select “Customer Login”, you can intelligent scheduling and optimization log in by entering the required information for the e-mail address you created.

4. If you are going to use the “Webmail” tab, from your browser .

5. On the page that opens, choose your language. By default, it will be Turkish, but you can switch to English if you wish.

6. Enter your corporate email address (for example: [email protected]) in the “E-mail” field, and the password you created when creating your account in the “Password” field.

Using Company Email in Outlook

To set up our company email as IMAP on Outlook, you can follow the steps below:

1. Open the Outlook application.

  • When you open the application for the first time, you will be greeted by the setup wizard. Click the “ Next” button to set up your email account through the wizard . When asked “Do you want to set up Outlook to connect an email account?” select “ Yes” and click the “ Next” button. If you want to open the Outlook application without setting up an email account, you can select the “No” option and click the “Next” button.

2. Check the “Manual installation or additional server types” option and click the Next button.

3. In the incoming window, select the IMAP option and click the Next button.

In the User Information section:

  • Your Name: Enter the name you would like to appear in your emails.
  • Email Address: Enter the email address to be setup.

5. In the Server Information section:

  • Account type: Select IMAP.

6. In the Login Information section

  • Username: Enter your e-mail address.
  • Password: Enter your e-mail password.
